Medical drone testing in German towns, transporting defibrillators in the air to save heart patients
On November 4, 2019, local time, the project team of Grafswald University Hospital in the town of Pengkun, Mecklenburg Former Pomerania, Germany conducted a medical drone test on the same day, sending a defibrillator used to rescue patients with sudden heart attacks to high altitude. The project team plans to popularize drone systems to patients and medically trained emergency personnel to facilitate medical emergencies in remote rural areas.
On February 5, 2020 local time, in Hamburg, Germany, Globe UAV launched a drone for testing flight at Bundeswehr Hospital, which will become a sample for rapid transportation of medical supplies.
